Responding to feedback from our customers, we have produced some handy glove-box sized “Accident Assistants”. Not only do they provide you with all of our details, but they also contain space and prompts to jot down all that vital information that you need to obtain following an automotive accident but all too often gets forgotten.
We are also more than happy to produce customised versions for our fleet partners. Whilst we hope you will not have to be needing one anytime soon, drop us a line and we mail one out, or alternatively download one now.
Collision avoidance has certainly come a long way over the years, and before too long such safety technology will no doubt be mandatory in all new vehicles, just as the installation of airbags has become.
There are vast differences in effectiveness of implementation across automotive manufacturers however as can be seen in the accompanying video from the IIHS (America’s equivalent to ANCAP); in which they evaluate 74 different vehicles to establish a worlds first crash avoidance ratings.
Accident prevention will clearly have the biggest impact of any safety measures to date on the road toll … and perhaps eventually lead to the demise of the panel beating industry all together.
We hope you like the look and feel of our new site, which will enable us to keep in better touch with our customers and fleet partners.
We will be providing a range of information via our blog, including helpful tips, automotive and industry news, and general interest items. Feel free to drop us a line with feed back or if we can be of assistance.
